PANS Mediation Service

Being a personal assistant is just that. Personal. That’s why having healthy relationships is so important and why you need a certain set of skills to develop and maintain them.

Our professional mediation service is available to PANS members and supports you with any issues you might be worried about or have come across at work.

If a work related dispute occurs and cannot be resolved by you and your employer, we can offer to chair an impartial and informal mediation meeting, both parties have to be open and willing to participate in this. It can also help to have the local PA employer support organisation there as well. All parties must agree to work toward finding a suitable solution to the issue at hand. These meeting are usually held online via Teams which is a safe and secure place to meet.

Further information on mediation and more formal forms of mediation available can be found below.
