With PANS support, you can find answers to common issues you might run into and move forward with confidence.

PANS Members Group
We’ve established the PA Members Group to create a dedicated space for Personal Assistants working across Scotland. This group offers a supportive, informal setting where PAs can come together to share ideas, experiences, suggestions, and concerns—both the visible and often hidden challenges of the role, as well as the rewarding moments.
All new PANS members must be verified by their employer or service user before they can become a member, you should inform your employer/service user that this necessary process will require them to respond to our verification email. We do NOT retain your employer’s contact details after verification is received.
If you already have a PA ID Badge, you are already a member and do not need to reapply. Should you need to update your details, please email pans@wea.ac.uk.
