Personal Assistant Required – Rosyth area

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our team for a Personal Assistant supporting a young woman in her own home within the Rosyth area.  The successful candidate should have experience in the care sector, with experience of supporting individuals with learning disabilities desirable and, in particular, with autism.  The role includes, but is not limited to, supporting with a variety of activities, preparing meals and household/cleaning tasks.

This is a 24-hour service, seven days a week with two members of staff on shift at all times.  Shift patterns are predominantly 8am – 8pm dayshift, and 8pm – 8am sleeping nightshift.  Nightshift hours are paid at an enhanced rate and are included in contracted hours.  Female applicants only due to the nature of care provided.

This post is full-time (36 hours per week), or part-time 24 hours may be considered.

Hourly rate £12.00. Night shift payment £116.78.
