Personal Assistant Required (Female Only) – Clydebank

7hrs per week, working Saturday or Sunday on alternate weeks on a 4-week cycle + holiday cover
CLIENT INFORMATION
The Client Is a 90-year-old lady who lives as independently as possible with the necessary support within her own home.
The client has mixed dementia and other physical ailments that impact on her ability to independently self-care.
Client is very insightful about her own situation including her wants and needs.
The client enjoys socialising with family and friends, music and going out walks with her dog. Client is a very sociable person who enjoys arts and crafts, jigsaws and religious services.
CLIENT REQUIRMENTS
- The potential PA must be female, reliable, Reliable, Caring, Understanding, have good communication skills, be able to build a solid relationship with the employer.
- Due to public transport tailing off in the evening in the client’s area it would be useful if PA had their own transport but it’s not
- PA must be able to work within a team and also be flexible to assist with holiday cover
- There will be an opportunity for working extra hours, this will all be discussed at covered at the interview stage
- There are a number of varied tasks required within this role from Personal care, medication, grocery shopping, to walking the dog, basic household duties, cooking and some gardening with the client. These will be discussed and agreed between the potential PA and employer.
- A new PVG will be required for the post. Help can be obtained through the employer to obtain a PVG
