Personal Assistant Required – Dumfries (Male Applicants Preferred)

Salary/Hourly Rate: £12.00 per hour

40-year-old man in Dumfries looking for a Personal Assistant.
The job mainly entails, during the summer months pushing a wheelchair bowler up and down the green. The winter months will be focused on the gym and swimming as the individual is question is a fitness enthusiast, having a membership at Bannatyne’s.
A driving licence would be of benefit as the individual has transport and drivers are insured on this.
The man is question is a keen football fan and has a good sense of humour, he is confident he can make a new start feel comfortable in their new surroundings. He lives with his fiancé who is permanently in a wheelchair.
The PA will be required to work approximately 9am to noon, Monday to Friday. There will be occasions out with these times. Due to the nature of the job a male PA would be preferred.
The PA will be offered between 8 and 15 hours dependent on their preference. The rate of pay is £12 per hour.
The job in question is funded via Self Directed Support.
