Personal Assistant Required – Dumbarton

Hours:

Saturday or Sunday 7hrs with some flexibility. There will be an opportunity for extra hours over the summer period and for overnight stays for respite (all will be discussed at the Interview stage)

 

CLIENT INFORMATION

Client is a 16-year-old girl who enjoys getting out and about, she especially loves a good chat, shopping trips & eating out. She is a very inquisitive person and loves to get to people and find out what their own interest and hobbies are and warms to friendly and caring people who like a good laugh!

The client is a wheelchair user with a cochlear implant (she can communicate through speech), she has a learning disability and a stoma bag. She has a twin sister who is very involved in her life and enjoy each other’s company when participating in their social activities.

 

CLIENT REQUIREMENT

 

• We are seeking a kind, reliable, fun and understanding person to join our PA team.
• Ideally a driver, however not essential
• Help with personal care, full training will be provided
• Willing to work alongside another PA who will be providing support for her twin sister
• A new PVG will be required for this job. Help can be obtained through employers to obtain a PVG.
