Personal Assistant Required – Bearsden

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and open-minded person to join our small support team for a sociable 27 year old man in Bearsden.

He has physical disabilities and communicates using an AAC talker, but what really stands out is his brilliant sense of humour, love of football, music and enjoying life.

 

What you’ll do –

You’ll help him make the most of life – whether that’s going to football matches, comedy gigs, clubs, or enjoying a day out.

You’ll also provide support with;

• Administering medication
• PEG feeding
• Personal Care

No previous care experience is needed – we’ll give you all the training and ongoing support you need.

 

We’re looking for someone who is –

• Fun and positive
• Flexible and dependable
• Comfortable with moving and assisting
• Keen to learn and be part of a small supportive team

 

Hours available

•  Mondays 8am- 6pm
•  One overnight per week 6pm- 8am flexible night, can be agreed at interview

Additional ad hoc cover shifts available
