Statement from the Minister for Social Care, Mental Wellbeing and Sport, Maree Todd

‘I am delighted to announce the beginning of a new phase for the Personal Assistant Network Scotland, which is the trusted national membership services body representing all Personal Assistants (PAs) in Scotland.

“The Network will continue to offer PAs a specialist, individual advocacy service along with an ID badge, a new range of membership services, wellbeing offers and union membership. In addition, I am pleased that with the establishment of the Network, PAs will now have a dedicated membership organisation to represent them. The Network will become a voice for PAs that will listen to their views and hear more about their needs.’
