Scottish PA Workforce Survey 2025
Personal Assistants were asked what motivates and challenges PAs across Scotland.
Whilst the majority feel their work has a positive impact on their mental health and job pride is at an all-time high, the report also uncovers persistent challenges around pay, recognition and job security. With over a quarter of PAs lacking clear contracts and many providing unpaid support, the findings raise important questions about sustainability and support in the sector.
