Personal Assistant Workforce Survey
Workforce Survey. Funded by the Scottish Government, over 4,500 social care professionals were contacted and over 800 responses were returned.
Thanks to such a large amount of data, the survey provides valuable insights into the concerns of PAs in Scotland. The aim is to use this information to uncover on-the-job opinions about recruitment, retention, and training, so improvements to staff wellbeing can be made.
