Changes to the Disclosure system in Scotland – Effective April 2025
Changes that all PAs need to know about will come into effect on 1st April 2025, this is only six weeks away!!! Anyone currently working as a PA who is not PVG registered needs to be aware of this!
Existing PVG Scheme members don't need to do anything for now, the change for existing members happens in April 2026.
