The changes to the current PVG scheme in Scotland are due to be implemented in April 2025. If you support someone using Self Directed Support (SDS) you will need to be fully aware of the implementation of the Disclosure (Scotland) Act 2020 and your legal requirements around mandatory membership of the PVG Scheme.
