We are looking for additional team members to compliment our existing staff member for small team - 1 Personal Assistant and Casual PA (Care Support Workers). The role involves supporting an 16 year old young adult, mature for his age, with Autism, a Learning Disability, Ataxia, Hypotonia and a Cardiac Abnormality.
Our client is a happy loving young adult who enjoys getting out and about. He is looking to engage with his local community and needs your support at weekends. He is a wheelchair user when out on long walks and this aids his transition from one activity to another. When walking he needs to take someone's arm for support. He has a hypotonic core. Provision of full personal care needs is required.
She is very active and this will be a physically demanding role. Applicants must have a strong and caring attitude
