You will be supporting a gentleman in his later 90’s. He has some frailty and has slight visual and hearing impairments.
He requires support with various activities including meal preparation, shopping, organising his clothes, and getting out and about. He walks using a stick and needs someone who will be patient and supportive.
He also enjoys reminiscing and so a good listening ear and genuine interest would be ideal.
A person-centred approach is essential.
