Personal Assistant required 15 hours per week

Personal Assistant required to start around the beginning of August for a gentleman in his mid-thirties, living in the Ruchill Area of Glasgow.

I am looking for someone with reasonable experience in the care sector. Preferably someone with Personal Assistant experience, or has had some experience in a similar role, must have a good sense of humour, like a good laugh, be compassionate, caring and honest.

I am looking for someone to do three hours over five afternoons out of seven and some weekends planned too. Also, an odd evening when required. Must be flexible and to cover holidays and possible absence of other staff.

My name is Liam and I am 36 years old. I have learning difficulties, depression, anxiety, lymphoedema and fluid retention which restricts my mobility quite a bit just now. However, I am an outgoing person who enjoys going to the cinema and getting out and about when I can, with support. I enjoy a bit of banter and a good laugh. I have a dog called Murphy so I am looking for someone who likes dogs and would enjoy walking him, is outgoing and has a good personality.

Duties would include

Assist me with shopping, cooking to help with healthy eating and portion control for health reasons, support to go to appointments, general housework, laundry. Some personal care is needed when required, walking the dog too.

Driver required to drive my manual car.
