Personal Assistants carry out a wide range of tasks to support your employer and every PA has their own story to tell. In this section, you will see and hear from some PAs telling us about their job and what they want the network Personal Assistants Network Scotland to provide.

Becoming a Personal Assistant has been a career progression for Susanne, enabling her to bring her wealth of experience and knowledge and develop her role within the team supporting Heather & Zoe

Iain provides support to Peter enabling him to enjoy his garden, social outings and company.

Heather and her daughter Zoe are both supported by a team of excellent Personal Assistants who provide the calm, organised and fun family life they want to live.

 

Following her brother’s death, Jean now employs a close knit team of PAs to help her lead the life that she wants to live.

Bryan from Glasgow has taken back control of his care and now enjoys the support, friendship and laughter of Mark his PA.

Catriona’s supported by Michelle who describes her experience of being a PA and how she manages the work-life balance.

Liz lives on a remote island in Argyll & Bute where her neighbour, Eva, helps her to continue living a rewarding and independent life.

Meet Davie who has been a Personal Assistant for the last three years to Tam. Davie was a builder for twenty years before retiring and becoming a taxi driver where he met Tam by taking him back and forward to appointments and to the local day centre.

Demi is new to the role of Personal Assistant and qualified as a hairdresser beforetaking a break to look after her daughter. Demi was approached by a family friend to help out with their daughter Sharon

Meet Dean, who is currently a PA to Mohammed (Mo) whilst also studying at University.

Meet Anne, who has been a Personal Assistant for T for the last 2 years. Before becoming a PA, Anne worked in the hospitality industry for around 15 years.
